For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal  life.

Lord, You are our precious God. Even when evil and sin run wild and, for the moment, destroy life with sickening contempt for You, hold Your people with all good graces and make us firm in our resolve to proclaim Your good news. Let not the darkness of this world snuff out Your heavenly Light, Jesus. Be with ALL those who are grieving and assure them that You are bringing all things together in Your name. For Jesus' sake. Amen

OUR CONTINUED PRAYERS are with the victims and their families of Egypt, NYC, Las Vegas, Sutherland Springs Texas, Northern California and all others who have been affected by horrific acts of terror and violence. Our prayers are also with those in Mexico, Puerto Rico, Northern California, Texas and Florida who have suffered the loss of loved ones and damage to property and possessions due to earthquakes, hurricanes and fires. We pray for Godís healing power. May God continue to comfort them in their time of need, give them hope, strength and help them to rebuild their lives in the midst of their hardships.

There are four ways to
become a member
of St. Paul's Lutheran Church:

  1. TRANSFER: If you are an active member of a Lutheran Church, you may join by transferring your membership.

  2. RE-AFFIRMATION OF FAITH: If you have been confirmed in the Lutheran Church, but have not been an active member, you may join by re-affirmation of faith.

  3. ADULT CONFIRMATION: If you have never been a member of the Lutheran Church - and you wish to affiliate with St. Paul's, you are invited to attend an ADULT INFORMATION CLASS which looks at the teachings of the Bible and the Lutheran Church. After the class, you will be given the opportunity to publicly affirm your faith - and become a confirmed member of our congregation. Adult Information Classes are offered twice a year with Pastor Lutz.

  4. YOUTH CONFIRMATION: After instruction in the 7th and 8th grades, young men and women are prepared to be confirmed - and give a public affirmation of their Christian faith.
